
Francis Kubier has more than 25 years’ experience in architecture both nationally and internationally.
He has served as project manager/architect on numerous healthcare projects, both large and small. The projects have ranged in scope from a LDRP Maternity Unit to an Emergency Department and small medical offices.
Kubier has worked on various government and university projects such as restoration/rehabilitation of the Oklahoma Judicial Center, additions to the Wiley Post Building at the Oklahoma State Capital Complex in Oklahoma City and restoration/rehabilitation of the Oklahoma Museum of Higher Education (“Old Central”) located on the campus of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Okla. Kubier was also the project manager for the expansion/remodel of the Sam Viersen Gymnastics Center at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Okla.
